New Iberia man wanted after police search his home
NEW IBERIA, La. (KLFY) -- A New Iberia man is wanted on drug and gun charges after a search of his home on Monday, authorities said.
Brock Mitchell, 46, is wanted on the following charges:
- 3 counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drugs
- 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II drugs
- Illegal possession of a stolen firearm
- Possession of a firearm in the presence of drugs
- Possession of drugs in the presence of a Juvenile
- Second or subsequent drug offenses
New Iberia Police executed a search warrant Monday at a residence in the 400 block of Silver Street. During the search the following items were located and seized:
- Approximately 1.5 pounds of suspected Synthetic Marijuana
- Approximately 3 ounces of suspected Marijuana
- Approximately 1.7 ounces of suspected MDMA (Ecstasy)
- Approximately 4.4 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine
- Drug Paraphernalia
- 1 Firearm (stolen)
