Ongoing investigation after juvenile injured in shooting in Lafayette
LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- Lafayette police are investigating a shooting that has left a juvenile in critical condition.
Officials said today, around 7:30 p.m., officers from the Lafayette Police Department were dispatched to the 500 block of Saucier Parkway following a report of a shooting.
When they arrived, officials located a juvenile who had sustained gunshot wounds. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital and is reported to be in critical condition.
