Results of the Junction City Commissioner Primary Election
JUNCTION CITY (KSNT) – Terry Butler, Sam Yoskowitz, Robert Laster and Jim Germann have secured their place in the general election on November 4. Two more candidates will be joining them when the nineteen provisional ballots are counted on August 18.
Here are the top seven candidates as they stand on August 5.
Terry Butler - 502 votes
Sam Yoskowitz - 365 votes
Jim Germann - 302 votes
Robert Laster - 306 votes
Joe Markley - 282 votes
Kelly Niemczyk - 278 votes
Al Gordon - 275 votes
Three seats on the City Commission are open. This primary election will cut the number of candidates from ten down to six before the General Election in November.
