Former Buckeye, Browns rookie RB Quinshon Judkins arrested in Florida, records show
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WCMH) -- Former Ohio State running back Quinshon Judkins was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a charge of domestic violence.
According to a Broward County arrest record, Judkins was charged with a count of "touch or strike/battery/domestic violence" on Saturday and is being held pending a bond hearing.
No details were provided on what led to the charge.
Judkins played a pivotal role in Ohio State's run to a national championship last season, leading the team in rushing with 1,060 yards and tied for the team lead with 16 touchdowns.
The transfer out of Ole Miss was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the second round back in April as the 36th overall pick. Judkins has yet to sign a contract with the Browns.
