Northeast Columbus homicide from 2018 remains unsolved
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Central Ohio Crime Stoppers are seeking leads in a 2018 homicide and offering a reward for any information on a possible suspect.
On Oct. 10, 2018, Columbus police officers were called to the 2800 block of Brentnell Boulevard just before 7:30 p.m. on reports of a shooting. Mohamed N. Abdi, 27, was found suffering a gunshot wound behind an apartment building.
He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead at 10:39 p.m. Police have yet to identify or charge a suspect in Abdi's death.
