As winter temperatures drop, thousands of apartment buildings in Kyiv remain without heating and electricity following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure. Some residents say indoor temperatures have fallen to just 1°C, forcing them to sleep in winter clothes or seek shelter with relatives.
