Search crews are expecting to resume looking for flood victims in Texas after more heavy rains temporarily paused their efforts. The July Fourth floods killed at least 132 people. Rescue efforts along the Guadalupe River were set to resume on Monday after being halted a day earlier due to a new round of severe weather. Sunday's heavy rainfall led to high water rescues elsewhere and prompted fears that waterways could surge again above their banks. It was the first time search efforts were stopped due to severe weather. Authorities believe more than 160 people may still be missing in Kerr County alone, and 10 more in neighboring areas.
