A jury has found a former small town South Carolina police officer not guilty in the shooting death of an unarmed driver after a high-speed chase. Prosecutors trying Cassandra Dollard on a voluntary manslaughter charge say she chased Robert Junior Langley for more than five minutes after a stop sign violation. She faced two to 30 years in prison if she had been found guilty. Dollard's dashboard camera video showed she slipped in mud and then shot Langley as he started to get out of his car. Dollard says she feared for her life after the fall. Langley's family was paid $1 million in a wrongful death lawsuit.
