The governor of Iowa says four soldiers from her state have been killed since December, including two who died last weekend in a drone strike during the early stages of the war with Iran. Gov. Kim Reynolds, a Republican, said Thursday she believes in the U.S. mission in Iran. She says, “It was the right thing to do.” Maj. Jeffrey O’Brien and Sgt. Declan Coady, both from Iowa, were among six Army Reservists who died in Kuwait. In December, two members of the Iowa National Guard were killed in Syria. The governor says she "can’t imagine the sacrifice.”
