New York Attorney General Letitia James has announced a settlement with Batar US, a right-wing Jewish group that she accused of trying to intimidate pro-Palestinian activists. Thousands of New York City nurses were back on the picket lines as they walked out for a second day from their jobs at some of the city’s leading hospitals. This comes after Albuquerque police issued an arrest warrant on counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and child abuse. John Forté, the Grammy-nominated musician known for his work with the Fugees, has died at age 50. He was found dead Monday afternoon in his home in Chilmark, Massachusetts, according to police.
