Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban's Custody Agreement Speaks Volumes
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce and hashed out a custody agreement for their two daughters.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, it’s clear that Kidman will take on the lion’s share of custody of 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 14-year-old Faith Margaret. Their agreement states that the girls will stay with the Big Little Lies actress for 306 days of the year, while Urban has been allotted 59 days and will spend “every other weekend” with them.
As for child support, Urban and Kidman, both 58, agreed that neither would pay, citing reported monthly incomes exceeding $100,000 each.
The custody agreement details come after reports that Sunday and Faith have mainly aligned themselves with their mom amid their parents’ divorce. “Sunday and Faith love their dad dearly, but they’re feeling very loyal to their mom right now, and they’ve made it their mission to be by her side,” an insider said back in October after Kidman filed for divorce.
Kidman waived her right to appear at a hearing during which the details of their divorce were finalized. The previous day, the Oscar winner returned to the US from Australia, where she spent the holidays with her daughters.
It remains unclear whether or not Urban and Kidman had a custody agreement, but their divorce appears to be a clean break. Both waived alimony and spousal support claims and agreed to be responsible for their own legal fees and expenses. They also agreed that all property — including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles and personal items — will be divided by mutual agreement, with each retaining what is currently in their possession.
Kidman and Urban were married for 19 years until news of their split broke in September. At the time, it was reported that Urban ended their relationship earlier that year and had already moved on to “another woman.”
