Matt Damon Praises the Way Jason Kelce’s ‘Boss’ Wife Kylie Kelce Parents Their 4 Kids
Dad of four Matt Damon knows the secret to raising strong, successful kids: having an amazing wife! The girl dad refused to give fellow girl dad Jason Kelce any advice on raising four daughters due to the fact that they already have a “boss” mom Kylie Kelce — and we love strong men recognizing even stronger women!
On a recent appearance on Jason and Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast, Travis asked Matt Damon “as a fellow father of four girls” to give his brother some advice.
“Man, I got nothing,” The Rip star admitted in a clip of the interview on Instagram. “I got nothing for you. You’re in it,” he said with a laugh.
Damon, who shares daughters Alexia, 25, Isabella, 19, Gia, 17, and Stella, 15, with wife Luciana Damon, revealed that the Kelces recently went to eat at a restaurant in Montana by Chef Ming Tsai, who is a friend of Damon’s. “He told me, ‘Jason Kelce’s wife is a rockstar,’” Damon said, making Jason and Travis cheer.
“He goes, ‘She came in, 8 month old on one arm, she’s got a toddler here, she had four kids hanging off her,” Damon continued. “He was like, ‘She is a boss.’”
Travis agreed, “She’s unbelievable with those girls.”
“So I don’t think I need to give you any advice ‘cause it sounds like you married the right woman,” he said. “She’s a boss.”
Jason confirmed, adding, “She is a boss. And she’s gotta deal with me too, a fifth kid.”
Damon isn’t the first celebrity to notice what a great mom Kylie is to her and Jason’s daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, 9 months. In an August appearance on New Heights, Travis’s fiancé Taylor Swift gushed about the first time she met Kylie and Jason at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
“One of the first things I saw was that you said to Kylie, ‘I was just shotgunning beers with the Bills mafia, and I really wanna go through one of the fire tables, I wanna jump onto the flaming table,’” “The Fate of Ophelia” singer recalled. “And she goes, ‘OK, can we not do that right now?’”
“And since then, I’ve heard her say that exact thing to your 4-year-old [daughter Elliotte], about like, ‘Mommy, I wanna throw this pudding on the wall, wouldn’t that be fun?’” Swift continued, adding that Kylie replied, “Can we not do that right now?”
“Yeah, that’s a common phrase,” Jason admitted.
