Bindi Irwin's Daughter Grace Looks Just Like Grandpa Steve Irwin in Sunny New Snap
Crikey! It’s incredible how much Bindi Irwin’s daughter Grace Warrior, 4, looks just like her late grandfather Steve Irwn. (Or, like she calls him, “Grandpa Crocodile.) Bindi just posted a new photo with her husband Chandler Powell and their daughter posing in front of a photo of the late Crocodile Hunter, and it’s clear Graces takes after him.
“Everything I need. ❤️” Bindi captioned the post on Instagram.
In the sunny snap, Bindi and Powell wear Australia Zoo khaki shirts as they stand in front of a larger-than-life Australia Zoo sign at their home. Grace smiles in between her parents, dressed in a white sundress with her long brown hair hanging around her shoulders. A cut-out of Steve Irwin with both hands in the air is situated on top of the zoo sign, and his smiles was clearly passed right down to Grace.
Grace’s “Bunny” (her grandma Terri Irwin) commented on the post, “This is the best!????” Powell also commented, writing, “My whole world.” Aww!
“The prettiest family ever!!! Love you guys! ❤️” someone else wrote. Another noted, “Your daughter is literally a mini version of you! So cute ????”
“Its like seeing little Bindi again ????????????” someone else said.
Grace also acts just like Steve, despite never having met him. “Oh man, [Dad] would love [her]. She is so much like him, it’s a little scary,” Bindi said on a Dec. 2024 interview on the In Real Life with Ellie & Ross podcast. “She has so much fire and passion and energy in such a teeny tiny little body. I don’t know where it fits! They would be so similar, and, ah, it would just be fun to watch them play.”
Even though she can’t play with him, she does watch his old documentaries, and the family keeps his memory alive. “She gets so excited to watch Grandpa Crocodile,” Bindi added. “She started doing the ‘Crikey!’s and the ‘danger, danger, danger!’ like jumping on the plush crocs, and it’s so cute to watch her.”
