Alix Earle Reveals Her Mom Has Breast Cancer in Touching Tribute: ‘So Proud & Inspired By You’
TikToker Alix Earle is praising her “strong” mom Alisa after revealing that she was diagnosed with breast cancer while Alix was competing on Dancing with the Stars this fall. The 25-year-old shared a new video of her mom, her sister Ashtin, and herself helping her mom in the hospital, along with a touching tribute.
“Go momma! So proud and inspired by you ????” Alix wrote on TikTok. “no challenge you can’t face and come back stronger,” she continued, adding, “love you”
The video is set to a sound that says, “Strong women never give up. We might need a coffee, we might need a good cry, we might need a day in bed. But we will always come back stronger.” Video clips include moments of Alix and Ashtin doing their mom’s hair, eating ice cream together, hanging out with their mom in a hospital bed, watching TV together, and holding their mom’s hand. Over the top, Alix added, “F!ck Cancer”
In the comments section, Alix confirmed that her mom was diagnosed while Alix was on DWTS. “We found out abt halfway through the season and she still showed up every week ????” she wrote. Talk about a strong mom!
The comments were full of love for Alix and her mom. Alix’s DWTS partner Val Chmerkovskiy wrote, “❤️mama ❤️❤️❤️.”
Paris Hilton commented, “Sending love and prayers for your mom sis????????” Heidi Montag commented, “???????????????? Praying for you, your family, and especially your mama ????????????”
Last week, Earle revealed that she had traveled back home to support her mom. “Back home in Jersey, my mom is in the hospital for her operation right now. So I’m going to go see her.” She added that she had “a few cries” due to her mom’s health journey.
“We’re going to pick her up tomorrow morning from the hospital because we’re going to be taking care of her,” she added.
In another video update yesterday, Alix revealed that her mom is currently home from the hospital “and looking beautiful.” She included a clip of the family watching Heated Rivalry and cryingtogether (so relatable!).
