Olivia Wilde’s stunning dark look has an important message behind it: ICE OUT! In case you missed it, on Jan 24, Wilde attended the premiere of The Invite during the 2026 Sundance Film Festival at Eccles Center Theater in Park City, Utah. You can see the photos below:
For the event, Wilde looked sensational in a black lace, sheer and high-slit black dress from Dolce & Gabbana. Not only is she continuing to rock her headline-making, daring looks, and her lightest hair transformation in years, but there’s another detail to her look: her pin.
Pins on the red carpet aren’t a new phenomenon, but Wile is joining so many other celebrities by donning the “ICE OUT” pin.
The “ICE OUT” pin shows a protest against federal immigration agent actions happening today. In fact, before the premiere, she spoke with the Associated Press about ICE, saying, “I’m horrified by this string of murders that we’re somehow legitimatizing and normalizing. And I think Americans are all horrified. I think it’s insane and hideous. And I think it’s appalling. It’s really difficult to be here and celebrating something so joyous and beautiful and positive when we know what’s happening on the streets.”
She added, “Americans are out on the streets marching and demanding justice, and we’re there with them. And if we can do anything with out platforms, we can speak out and demand that ICE get out.”
Along with her stance on ICE, Wilde has also talked about her fashion sense. She once joked her style is like “a teenager from the early aughts.” She noted to InStyle, “My most comfortable state is when I’m wearing low-rise jeans, sneakers, and a sweatshirt,” she said. “In that, I am unstoppable. And if I’m in a high-waist jean, I can’t let my gut expand.” But when it comes to the red carpet, she’ll always go the daring route!
