Trader Joe's Has a Brand New Mini Sheet Cake Flavor & It's Already Getting Rave Reviews

Especially a cake as yummy as Trader Joe’s newest mini sheet cake. They just released a delicious new flavor of this ready-made dessert, and it looks delightful.

Instagram user @traderjoesobsessed shared a picture of the newest flavor of this sheet cake, which is toasted coconut! “If you love coconut like I do then you will love this toasted coconut cake 9/10 ????,” the post was captioned. “In fact, I’m going to add some more toasted coconut on top. The next time I buy this.”

In the picture, the mini sheet cake is described as a “moist, flavorful toasted coconut cake with a toasted coconut cream cheese frosting.” It’s designed for six servings (unless you cut them very small) and looks so soft with a creamy frosting on top.
