While Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend Jim Curtis aren’t even engaged yet, it’s apparently one of the worst-kept secrets that they’re planning to tie the knot eventually, but the pre-nup is allegedly already an issue.
An inside source told Heat World UK that Aniston may not be considering a prenup, and her friends are quite worried about the idea. The insider said, “She is concerned about making him feel inferior if she puts a big contract between them, but her pals have stressed that she absolutely cannot leave herself vulnerable.”
(However, this comes as a bit of a shock when insiders said mere months ago to Star Magazine that “Jim won’t have any issue whatsoever signing on the dotted line!” So who knows what’s going on behind the scenes?!)
Now, has Aniston done a prenup before?
Well, she and her first husband, Brad Pitt, didn’t have a prenup when they married in 2000, which caused so many issues when splitting up their shared $190 million assets, according to The List. However, it seems she did a total 180 when she married Justin Theroux, making him sign an “ironclad” prenup that protected her hundreds of millions of dollars.
For those who don’t know, Aniston and Curtis were introduced by mutual friends at an undisclosed time, and by the summer of 2025, their relationship had become more public. In fact, in June 2025, rumors started swirling that Aniston and Curtis, were dating after being spotted together in Northern California.

In July 2025, they were photographed again while with friends in Mallorca, Spain; and after her friends reportedly gave the romance a thumbs up, it’s only gotten more and more public.
