Rwanda
I thought you might be interested in a few things the charity I’m involved with does.
Firstly last year I installed a bunch of computers on the outskirts of Kigali. This week I have delivered some IT training. These guys had never used a computer before. They are now able to create word documents and format them. We also helped them with email addresses so they can apply for work.
We also provide football coaching and this is the local charity team. They have shirts donated by a Plymouth team.
We also feed about 50 mothers and babies once a day. These are poor even by Rwanda standards. It costs about £1 per person per day. 1 plate per mum and little one.
This is how the food is cooked!
I hope that’s interesting.
