The worst possible offense a club can commit is to wilfully fail to fulfill a fixture for reasons that are wholly in house and avoidable. Bolton signed a legally binding agreement to fulfill their fixtures and have failed to do exactly that, and that wholly down to themselves and their bad governance of the club. They have run out of excuses and the reality is, the only punishment that is fitting for the offense, is expulsion from the EFL.
Bolton cannot blame the players as, as I understand it, given the length of time they haven't been paid for. they have legal right to walk away from Bolton?
