Me! Now at the stage that emails sent to Birminghamcitytvsupport@streamamg.com, bcfc Customer Service, bcfc Marketting and Colin Tattum are not even being opened (I use a mail tracker).
I've now contacted the EFL. I know that Blues are not using iFollow but I still feel that they should know when one of their member clubs is potentially in breach of contract by not providing the service they are advertising and taking subscriptions for from supporters.
