Think he needs to stop being messed about playing in positions that clearly don't suit him. Just let him play as the deepest midfielder alongside a more playmaking one who he can lay simple balls to.

But he is a strange player, some games he can look quite handy with the ball and others it's like watching your sister try to play football.
