With the team coming into some form there appears to be less areas of the team that need strengthening. I would bring in:-
1. A left back (Grounds is solid but limited)
2. A central midfielder who can make a pass.
3. A striker (Just in case Gallagher gets injured - maybe someone who will run in behind more)

After months of scrappy rebounds, that burst forward, weighted through ball and clinical finish felt like a totally different team.
The fact we were still attacking when we were 1 up was also fantastic.
We've nearly all had huge doubts about Steve, and while he hasn't totally redeemed himself, today we saw the first real sign that it could end up being ok.

Just to get that first win away I turned into angry fan when that 2nd went in but back to back wins as well..I'd put the strongest side out as possible on Saturday to try and keep it going!!well done blues tonight you done fantastic.
The players have put a lot in them two weeks I’d rest a lot of them, give players like Jota, NSue, Juke, Gleeson, Morrison, Brammell etc a start against Burton, don’t play Adams especially ffs he’s important for league games and only just came back not worth the risk we are in a relegation scrap

The Sky highlights don't show the entirety of Boga's run forward, but watching it in real time, it felt quick, slick and precise. Really great to see.

Is it going to blossom? Two clean sheets in a row and really impressed with harlee dean and how he can bring the ball out of defence.

After being at the game for me you could of give it anyone of 7 or 8 but Gallagher was magnificent again tonight!
Morrison not playing again and us playing well shows in my opinion seems to be a cause of the problem

I posted in another thread, the last 2 games we have achieved:
25 shots (1 every 7 minutes)
7 on target / 9 off target / 9 blocked
394 out of 612 passes completed (64%)
15 through balls played (1 every 12 minutes)
We have made a decent Leeds team look very average and a poor/average Reading team look very poor.
In neither game have we looked in total control but we have taken the pressure off the back line quite considerably and never really looked like losing either game.
We have also started creating chances and converting giving us a fighting chance, so now we must push on.
The window is open and we are not cut adrift, so there is hope and after back to back wins optimism that we can move forward. Читать дальше...

/I must admit I've given SC a fair amount of stick on here but I am prepared to forget the past and get behind the team. Is everyone else?
