Going to a funeral of a good mate and the family are having a vile flag on the coffin and asking people to wear claret. I loved my mate (despite him being vile) and I feel a tw4t for feeling like this but I just don’t think I could wear claret even for such a poignant event.

Here's what I think we should try to do in Jan:
This is all based on the assumption we continue with SC's 4-3-3 which seems to suit us.
Out: Jenkinson; Nsue; NDoye; Juke; Morrison
Why? We only need 2 right backs. Jenkinson & Nsue must be on £50K a week between them, JDC is adequate back up. If the Arse won't have Jenkinson back send JDC to league one loan. Nsue tries hard but he's not very good. Get rid.

On the evidence of the last 2 games against the last 10, I would say yes, albeit an expensive last 15-20 minutes impact sub when needed, but for the foreseeable future and our current position. The bench is the best place for Jota to be.
We have looked a more organised team/unit, and for all his undoubted natural skill, he doesn't fit our current needs or set up and certainly at the moment we have looked a better team from the first whistle, without him.
