I am in Kigali at the moment. Yesterday I saw a Rwandan with a Blues top on. I can confirm I have seen none of the other lot’s shirts. Overwhelming proof that the locals prefer Blues to them! I felt it was my duty to report!

Given the amount of footballers that have retired in the last 10-20 years, even discounting the ones who’ve become managers/coaches and the ones who simply want to do something non-football related, I cannot believe that Clinton Morrison is the best available. I like Clinton, he was decent for us but he is one of the worst pundits I have ever seen. As we arrived back up north yesterday, the driving conditions had deteriorated to the point that we was in a full on blizzard!

Sheffield blue Jnr drops me off and decides that he is going to continue his journey to the other side of Sheffield. I get a call from him five minutes later saying the conditions were really bad and he wasn't going to risk it. They were talking to each other, congratulating each other, communicating much better, they knew where each other was going to be.

When i say closer i dont mean friendship, i mean they know each others game plans and were talking and calling for the ball. Morrison led from the back massively. I was very very impressed with him today.
