Finally called it a day the lump.

Need to lose some weight but all this losing a pound a week etc is just too long and i just cant be bothered at my age, so ive decided to do this Keto thing. I haven't looked in to it properly yet but it seems like you eat loads of high protein foods like meat and eggs and zero carbs.
Has anybody tried it and what do you think?
Maybe sold.
Of sorts.

A couple of weeks ago I posted that I was going to be in this wonderful country. I’m here until Monday evening.
I thought you might be interested in a few things the charity I’m involved with does.
Firstly last year I installed a bunch of computers on the outskirts of Kigali. This week I have delivered some IT training. These guys had never used a computer before. They are now able to create word documents and format them. We also helped them with email addresses so they can apply for work. Читать дальше...

He was named on standby for the squad i believe, number 19.
Loved all that ticker tape stuff at the 78 World Cup. It's something that can only work when the whole ground gets involved though. Just looks daft otherwise.
ok so its time to get some new tyres for me bike , does anybody know if tyre brands are rider specific or bike specific , my current bike has Bridgestone fitted but traditionally I don't get on with them ( can't seem to find much feeling with them ) and in the past Dunlop's seem to provide me with the feeling I like .
So is it the compounds , tread pattern or what ?
I hate spunking £300 on a set to not like them
Always had Bridgestone on my Rocket. I think the last was Exedra Max and they were perfect.

What do you usually get your Mom on Mother's Day? I usually get her a card and a box of chocolates.
I get a 'thanks for wiping my arse' card and a bunch of flowers - her Birthday is not a very happy day so we go big for her in the summer - like the true Queen she is
