It's not a gift if there is an agreement to repay. It's a loan.

I agree with others in that I see no real benefit for your partner in this arrangement. It seems to be all upside for you and none for her. Further, she would carry the significant risks too.

It would make more sense to me if the savings on your mortgage repayments were to be invested into increasing the deposit on the mortgage for the new property for both your benefits. That doesn't appear to be the idea here. Читать дальше...

Really poor from the club, they've canned the free under 11 season ticket, except in the family stand, £50 elsewhere. The problem is the family stand is the main stand lower which is an absolute sh*thole and you get wet when it rains. Personally I will pay the £50, but not a great way to entice the next generation down there is it, especially when families finances have likely taken a hit over the last year.
