Coming up to see my mum for first time in a year in july with the kids & with granny babysitting will have first opportunity for many a year to take wife out for nice meal in town.

Looking for recommendations for somwhere for meal and few drinks. Coming in on train to moor street/snow hill and need to be relatively close to either so we can walk leisurley back without a long walk.

Not too worried about cost but want somewhere nice but not too raucous so over to you chaps for your ideas.

I think history will be kind to him and that his methods will become popular again. Not a particularly nice individual (apparently) but certainly changed many peoples' perceptions of logic.

Went to New Cross Hospital near me. Suspected DVT.
Returned for leg scan Thursday morning. It revealed a DVT
From my ankle to my groin. Given tablets to sort it.

I know that there’s a lot of dog-lovers among the SHA fraternity so hope someone has a suggestion for me.

Much as I love our dog as you do when you’ve had them for many years she’s taken to waking up at 3.00/3.30 every chuffin morning and it’s doing my fruit in. Even the local dawn chorus are pished off with the barking. Not been this shattered since my kids were ankle-biters.
