So the grass may well be greener on the other side after all
In which case he was doing a rubbish job.
Back 6 months or so ago several folk pointed out that LJ was getting slower, older and less effective and, once safe from the drop it was time to move on from a big man who had given his all, but had come to the end of his road.
The response, in no uncertain terms, was that this was rubbish, we should have faith in the big man, knock in the crosses and he'll get us 15 goals next season - just watch.
Entirely happy to be proved wrong when he notches a hat trick tomorrow, but to date... Читать дальше...
One spare Luton ticket available can meet in Luton town centre or outside ground. PM me.
I had an early finish at work and nipped home to see if the ticket won in the ballot had arrived. Needless to say it hadnt which was going to mean a wait in the queue at St Andrews with others in the same boat. There was no time to Read More

????♂️ What the hall happened there. Panicked !
Felt a bit sorry for Amy Jones especially as she's from Solihull but that was a poorly managed run chase. They was less than a run a ball. Just take the singles and take the loose balls for boundaries. I suppose these tournaments will only help the players in the future playing in pressure games like that. On a side note tomorrow doesn't look good weather wise for the final, just hope they don't decide it with something daft like a bowl off.

Signed for Bournmouth
Been done a million and one times before but...
I've got a voucher to use up for me and she before the weather gets too crappy, so late September/early October...preferably not much more than 2 hours drive.
Not London or Manc, been enough times. Somewhere nice and quirky, no train museums or somebody else's version of Broad St and nowhere with rusty bolts.
Inspire me.
5/1 with skybet for Man City, Bournemouth and Albion to all win. Looks appealing, especially with insurance bets on other outcomes in the Albion game at 7/1?
Just received notification that one of my applications was successful.
Anybody else?

My gf and I applied separately. We got tickets to the men's weightlifting final and the men's superheavyweight boxing final. Delighted with that.
Biggest shit hole I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Blimey, feels like many of us will struggle to get to a game all season.
What a downer.
Was expecting 4-5k tickets for this.
It's already obvious that Birmingham City could use some extra firepower after an indifferent start to the Championship season

A year later and what has changed?
On a Luton site they are saying that the Beech Wood Conservative Club (Only pub near the ground) is shut due to fire damage.
Cant actually find anything official verifying this but I know a fair few Blues fans go in there for a pre match tipple.
I didn't realise that this years efl cup winners qualify for the new tertiary European competition.
I think we might see even weaker teams being fielded by prem teams from now on.
