Am still down in Norfolk after last night's match and have just found out the Rotherham tickets are on sale on line now to platinum members.
Trying to do this keep getting a message saying this event is not available to you.
I was at the ticket office last week to buy Cardiff tickets and explained this problem to the lad at the ticket office who assured me he had there and then rectified this problem.

i emailed last week for the third time due to an issue where i can't buy tickets online due to it rejecting my card but my son can using exactly the same card - and questioning my away travel status - Still waiting for any sort of response.

After a bit of help if possible.

I've considered leaving my job for a while and spoke to a recruiter today just to see what's about. My phone died during the call, didnt have a charger nearby and by the time i got my phone on they'd sent me an e-mail to say they were going to continue with the application and they've contacted my company. I didn't want them to contact my current company as i'm not dead-set on leaving.

Have they broke GDPR?

Ironically, I think he forged a pretty decent career after he moved on from us.

I worked at the club shop for a couple of seasons while I was at uni and if it's the same people running online orders and the ticket office now as it was back then, I'm not surprised people are having trouble.

Other than getting to watch every home game, that place was an absolute hellscape.

Is the clubshop still open and staffed during the day?

I ordered a shirt for my lad's birthday on Monday with the 48 hour delivery option, and they haven't even processed the order which means he won't be getting it at the moment, so was planning on going up and see what can be done.

Now, I know I should have been more organised, but if you pay for a service, you do expect to receive it.
