Everyone going on about he needs to sign his own players, then why is he managing this group of players in the first place?!? This team has more than enough in it to be performing better than it is.
Terrible decision to bring him in when we did, this is more on Cooke than it is Rooney. Although I have little confidence in either. If they both went I wouldn’t be the slightest bit bothered.

How have we gone from 10-12 minutes injury time in August and September to 3 minutes after an entire half of time wasting? The keeper was taking the piss. Deliberately placing the ball for free kicks 10 yards further forward so he would have to be told to put it back and when Jordan James got smacked (how was that not a red by the way) he gets a ball from behind the goal and kicks it onto the pitch to delay the restart

Cook intimated that part of the reason was that every decision at the club is taken with investment in mind.... and i can accept that if things were going well then Rooney, with his celebrity status and standing within the game, brings a higher chance of investment.
But i also believe that investors and advertisers and potential partners are also driven by the need to be associated with success.

I know everybody keeps talking about the lack of progressive football (no fear) and all that stuff. But are we actually just WAY too easy to play against?? In our usual starting 11 beilik is the only one who is meant to be able to win the ball back and then move us through the "transitions".
