I went online on their web page and had an immediate offer from their chat bot to halve the proposed increase of £21.50 per month for six months which I refused and was promptly disconnected from the site.
I called them and after a fifteen minute wait I told the rep that I wanted to cancel all services and I was put through to retentions, they offered to cancel the £21.50 increase altogether until the end of my current contract which I also refused. They said they could possibly match whoever I was intending to go with for my broadband which I also declined so we agreed to part company.
I am looking at the THREE 5G broadband package so any info regarding this appreciated.
