Mister MutleyIf he leaves we would need to replace him that would cost wages and maybe a fee. I would offer him a good deal on a first team wages. I do not see it as a risk he has showed enough for me to think he will be a regular next season.
We may not be able to match the wages a lower premiership club would pay a reserve, but if he stays and has a good season he will be in a much stronger position next year should he move on then. With more experience he would get a good premier deal with a much better chance of making the match day squad.
We would also get a much better fee if he did move on later. win win.
Agreed. There's definitely a deal to be done that could be good for Blues & George.
