We will agree to disagree, that's fine. I'd respectfully query your level of marketing expertise though....
BTW it does matter if you send customers promos for things they've already got cos it a. Makes some of them worry that you don't know what products they've got and there's some problem, and b. Makes you look incompetent/unprofessional.
Our marketing department need to do a lot better IMO
