Are they financially fooked or not cos to me as an outsider they seem ok.

Need to know as seeing a baggies mate tomorrow and want to be on a sure footing before I get into conversations about Blues, Baggies and the championship next season.

If they are royal screwed then I need to know from those on SHA who know this stuff.
