The Minnesota Department of Education's School Safety Technical Assistance Council adopted a toolkit for schools to use to ensure safe environments for transgender and gender nonconforming students Wednesday afternoon, July 19, 2017 after hearing nearly two hours of public comment during a meeting at their headquarters in Roseville.
