With the recent cold spell, Minnehaha Falls is becoming a destination for adventurers and thrill seekers to the dismay of Park officials and Park police. Last year, three thrill seekers were injured and needed to be rescued. Things could get worse as tourists begin to flood into the Twin Cities for the Super Bowl.
