Gregory Ulrich, 67, faces seven charges, including murder and attempted murder, for the terror that left four injured, one dead. The investigation also revealed that despite a restraining order and an arrest for violating it, Ulrich used a permit from the Buffalo Police Department to purchase the handgun, according to a law enforcement source involved in the case.
