Donald Trump wasn’t banned from the city of St. Paul. City Council Member Dai Thao and his colleagues acknowledged Wednesday that they cannot do that, even if they don’t like what he has to say about immigrants, refugees and Muslims. But, by a 6-1 vote, the council told the outspoken presidential candidate who leads the Republican field that they “condemn” his “anti-Muslim, anti-refugee and anti-immigrant speech.”
