Man charged with attacking 3 women in the Loop
A 40-year-old man is scheduled to appear in court Friday accused of battering three women in the Loop earlier this week, Chicago police announced.
Marlon Miller, 40, was arrested around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the first block of East Randolph Street and charged with felony aggravated battery in a public place, police said.
Miller was arrested minutes after he allegedly battered a 62-year-old woman, a 50-year-old woman and a 49-year-old woman, officials said.
Miller, of the city's West Side, was scheduled to appear in court Friday for a detention hearing.
