Congratulations are in order for Joe Manganiello, who is engaged to his girlfriend of two years, Caitlin O’Connor. Per TMZ, the True Blood actor first revealed the news on Thursday, when he referred to O’Connor as his fiancée during a speech at the San Diego Film Festival. Several hours after the tabloid report dropped Friday, Manganiello confirmed the engagement by posting a photo to Instagram featuring his Chihuahua Bubbles and O’Connor, who’s pictured with a diamond on her ring finger. “???? June 24th, 2025 ????,” he captioned the post.
In the summer of 2023, Manganiello filed for divorce from Sofía Vergara after seven years of marriage. Two months later, the actor was first linked to O’Connor, a celebrity host and actress, and by December of that year, they had confirmed their relationship by walking the red carpet at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) Gala in New York. A source told People that the two met in a mutual friend’s kitchen, and that Manganiello has made sure to treat “her like a queen.” They’ve since traveled around the world, visiting Finland to attend a Metallica concert and Paris for the French Open. Per the outlet, she even gifted him a “custom-made solid gold crocodile pendant” for his 48th birthday in January. Romantic!
