Liverpool pulled off one of the most memorable nights in Champions League history to beat Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield this evening to book their place in the final.
Jurgen Klopp’s side found themselves 3-0 down following the first leg at the Camp Nou but showed great spirit to shock the Catalan giants to set up a meeting with either Tottenham Hotspur or Ajax in the final which takes place in Madrid on June 1st.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side will have to fight back from a 1-0 defeat from the first leg at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if they are to secure an all-English meeting in Europe’s most prestigious club competition.
Some Spurs fans took to Twitter following the match with some praising the efforts of their fellow Premier League side, while some offered a more cheeky view on the win.
If Liverpool can come back from 3-0 down without Salah and Firminho, surely Spurs have no excuses overturn a 1-0 scoreline without Harry Kane.
Look forward to beating them in Madrid ????

This. I just don't have one neutral minute of the day for them. Can't stand them. They're in the same bucket as the Chavs and Woolwich as far as I'm concerned. https://t.co/fOzWYdx79W

Ok I’ve decided. I would rather lose to Ajax than Liverpool so if we plan on winning tomorrow we better fucking win the final too or I’m done with football until mid August. #coys
