Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Tottenham have agreed a permanent deal with Everton over the sale of Dele Alli on deadline day.
The transfer expert claims the move is subject to a medical over the next few hours, but a full agreement has been reached between the two clubs.
New Everton manager, Frank Lampard reportedly wanted Dele after securing Van de Beek, with the official announcement on the transfer expected later today.
This comes after Dele was left out of Antonio Conte’s most recent matchday squad for the Premier League fixture against Chelsea. The English midfielder has struggled for form for a number of seasons now, and it appears his time at Spurs may now be over.
Dele managed 269 appearances for Tottenham, scoring 67 goals and recording 61 assists (TransferMarkt). He was also a core part of the team that pushed for back-to-back Premier League titles and made it all the way to the Champions League Final in 2019.

Spurs Web Opinion:
This feels like a very emotional farewell. The move needed to happen for all involved, but I am still sad to see Dele go. A generational talent who lost his way, but I will fully support him in the next stage of his journey and wish him all the best.
