STACEY Solomon has shared how she prepares food to make packed lunches a doddle all week.

Rather than slaving away every evening chopping vegetables and grating cheese, Stacey revealed that she spends time on just one day a week stocking her fridge with prepared food for her children’s lunches.
The mum-of-five, who is married to Joe Swash, took to social media to share her handy food prep tips and tricks.
Posting on her Instagram stories, yesterday Stacey gave her followers a close-up look inside her fridge, as she explained: “I decided I needed to do my usual Monday prep today because tomorrow I’m out all day and it’s going to be a super busy week.”
Stacey then showed off a fridge drawer, full of prepared salad, as she beamed: “So I’ve made my drawer of salad. I love my drawer of salad.”
She then shared her “drawer of fruits”, complete with raspberries, chopped grapes and strawberries.
Stacey added: “I’ll show you when I make their lunch boxes tomorrow – I can just grab handfuls of this in the mornings now.”
And if you love cheese, but aren’t keen on the pre-grated stuff, Stacey shared: “Then I grated some cheese, I always add a bit of cheese in there.
“I know you can buy grated cheese, but don’t you think it tastes disgusting? So I just buy my normal cheese, Cathedral City, grate it and then put it back in the packet, grated.”
Stacey admitted that she didn’t have time to peel and chop her carrots, but she did load up her leftovers into her slow cooker to make a tasty stew.

The star explained: “I didn’t do my carrots today, I didn’t have time and I couldn’t be bothered.
“I used all the leftover veg in the fridge and made a stew for tonight.”

“This is collection number 8!! HOW?!? Four years I’ve had my dream job of designing children’s wear with Primark and I genuinely can not believe it.
“Each time they ask me to do it again I pinch myself because nothing is ever guaranteed and I just feel so damn lucky and privileged to get to do it.
“I hope you love this one as much as the others and from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU.
“I can’t say it enough because without you guys I would NEVER get these opportunities in the first place let alone be able to do it over and over again.
“Thank you thank you thank you! To the moon and back.”
