New judge in Pharaoh's witness case
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A new judge is presiding over a case involving convicted Pharaoh's strip club owner, Peter Gerace.
The case involves Gerace and other men who are accused of having a role in the death of a key government witness in Gerace's sex and drug trafficking trial. WIVB News 4 has been told that federal judge Lawrence Vilardo reassigned the case to Chief Justice Elizabeth Wolford, who sits in Rochester.
Judge Vilardo is also presiding over the death penalty case against the Tops shooting gunman.
