DOJ unleashes Epstein files and images of celebrities appear
Following a federal law called The Epstein Files Transparency Act, the Department of Justice has released a flood of unclassified records, communications and other materials regarding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
And a long list of celebrities showed up in the images.
But what was absent was any confirmation of any criminal activity.
Fox News reported Kevin Spacey was in the files. And Mick Jagger, and Michael Jackson. And Diana Ross. And of course Bill Clinton, Bil Gates and President Trump.
But the report explained just appearing in the “thousands of pages” “does not necessarily imply wrongdoing.”
In fact, Trump signed the congressional act into law in November, and it required Attorney General Pam Bondi to release documents.
“The agency posted thousands of pages on a government website Friday related to Jeffrey Epstein’s and Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex-trafficking cases,” the report explained.
Leftists immediate launched a campaign to claim that significant information about President Trump was redacted.

Ross is in the images. Bill Clinton is in them, with an arm around Michael Jackson. And Democrats claimed Trump was implicated because of what they said were censored portions of the files.
The images of Bill Clinton and Bill Gates long have circulated, and on social media a Clinton spokesperson said, “The White House hasn’t been hiding these files for months only to dump them late on a Friday to protect Bill Clinton. This is about shielding themselves from what comes next, or from what they’ll try and hide forever. So they can release as many grainy 20-plus-year-old photos as they want, but this isn’t about Bill Clinton. Never has, never will be. Even Susie Wiles said Donald Trump was wrong about Bill Clinton.”
The statement said “MAGA expects answers, not scapegoats.”
The images included Mick Jagger and Bill Clinton together, and Mick Jagger with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Also, “Rush Hour” star Chris Tucker is seen with Maxwell.
“Two of the pictures found in the newly released photos feature Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York.,” the report said.
Further, the report confirmed, “A photo of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor standing next to Bill Gates was already included in pictures released earlier this month.” Mountbatten-Windsor is the former Prince Andrew, who reached a settlement earlier with one of Epstein’s victims.
A report from the Daily Caller News Foundation explains Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz suggested the DOJ should release everything, without redactions.
“If you’re somebody who’s accused somebody, you no longer have the right to privacy. Under our Constitution, anybody who’s accused has the right to confront witnesses. And we can’t assume that everybody who accuses is a victim,” Dershowitz told host Greta Van Susteren. “We know already there’s a woman named Sarah Ransome. She accused Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Richard Branson, Donald Trump, said she had videotapes, sex tapes of them having sex with young people.”
He said selective releases that make accusations but omit information about demonstrably false statements distorts the record.
“She admitted she made the whole thing up. Imagine if they release the names of the people accused and they withhold the information about Sarah Ransome that she is a proved perjurer. That’s what I’m afraid of. I’m a civil libertarian. I care about real victims. False victims should be prosecuted. People who made up stories should be prosecuted,” Dershowitz said.
Trump has pushed for the release, explaining he has nothing to hide.
And Maxwell has confirmed she never saw Trump engage in inappropriate conduct.
