All-American: NFL offers politicized Super Bowl halftime, but there’s an alternative
Sometimes over the years, the worst game of the entire National Football League season has been the Super Bowl.
Then when league officials decide that you want to be force-fed political ideologies and offensive social commentary during the halftime “entertainment,” well it hardly could get any better.
So this year an alternative to the NFL’s push of Puerto Rican musician Bad Bunny during its halftime is available.
It’s called the American Halftime Show and it’s being presented by Turning Point USA.
Specifically, it celebrates faith, family and freedom.
Featured will be Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, Gabby Barrett and more.
There’s a signup sheet on the halftime show website, but the events reportedly will stream on Rumble, X and YouTube.
The Gateway Pundit has a report about what you’d “miss” if you choose the American show rather than the NFL’s.
Bad Bunny, at last week’s Grammys, declared “ICE OUT” and “Hollywood and the left try to force Americans to accept the replacement of our American demographics and culture.”
He delivered his speech in Spanish.
The report said it is his “anti-American act” that is being given time at the football game’s halftime.
The alternative?
Entertainment from:
- Kid Rock (headliner) – The rock/country crossover artist known for hits like “Picture” and his outspoken conservative views.
- Brantley Gilbert – Country-rock singer with No. 1 hits including “Bottoms Up” and “Dirt Road Anthem.”
- Lee Brice – Country star famous for songs like “Rumor,” “One of Them Girls,” and “I Drive Your Truck” (Grammy-nominated).
- Gabby Barrett – Rising country artist and former American Idol standout, known for her breakout hit “I Hope” and ACM New Female Artist of the Year win.
