PUNTERS can rejoice as bookmakers have priced up the Virtual Grand National – and The Tote look to have all bases covered ahead of Saturday’s showpiece.
With fixed odds on offer from all other bookmakers, make sure to get involved with the Tote’s pool betting. With prices moving according to the betting, punters could win more if they pick the winner, but won’t received any less than due to the Tote guarantee against the SP.
And although not all horses in the field will be bigger on the Tote, fluctuations in their market mean you at least have a chance of cracking some juicier odds.

Previous editions of the Virtual Grand National suggest that if you want to back the winner, you need a horse at 25-1 or less.
And trends also imply you want a horse who’s won over a distance of 3m, who’s had course form in the past and who is above the half-way mark in the handicap.
