Shohei Ohtani, batting leadoff, pitches Angels past Jays
Shohei Ohtani became the first starting pitcher since at least 1906 to open a game batting in the leadoff spot and earn a win, leading the Los Angeles Angels to a 6-3 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday in Anaheim, Calif.
