In the latest episode of Imlie, the Ranas worry about the newborn baby's health. Atharva calls the doctor but he is unavailable. Atharva then visits a nearby hospital and pleads with the doctor to see his daughter. Meanwhile, Imlie prays for her baby's recovery and feels Lord Krishna's presence. She notices that the baby has stopped breathing but after praying to Lord Krishna, the baby starts breathing again. The Ranas celebrate Janmashtami and Anu, feeling jealous, plans to harm the baby. In the end, Atharva and Imlie spend romantic time together.
