FA Cup fourth round draw simulated with horror tie for Man Utd as Chelsea land lowest-ranked team in competition
FOOTBALL fans across the country are eagerly anticipating tonight’s FA Cup fourth round draw.
Supporters were treated to FA Cup third round action over the weekend with the final game being played tonight between Wigan and Manchester United.
Victors from the third round will find out who they will face next tonight as they seek to get their hands on football‘s most prestigious domestic football competition.
Ahead of the fourth round draw SunSport has run the teams through our supercomputer, with some interesting ties being thrown up.
Our simulated draw has handed 2022 winners and Arsenal victors Liverpool an away tie at either Newport or Eastleigh.
Elsewhere, Chelsea have landed an away game against the tournament’s lowest-ranked team in Maidstone.
League Two side Wrexham will host Premier League opposition at The Racecourse Ground in the form of Aston Villa, a tie Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will relish.
Meanwhile, if Man Utd beat Wigan tonight they will have to get to the fifth round by beating holders Manchester City, who beat the Red Devils in the final last season.
There is a south coast derby between Bournemouth and Southampton.
There are also all Championship ties between Blackburn or Leicester, Swansea v Watford and Leeds v Coventry.

Premier League only ties have also been thrown up, including Brighton v Tottenham.
A number of games are yet to be completely decided due to the outcome of replays.
But with them in mind, Plymouth will host either West Ham or Bristol City.
Elsewhere, Luton or Bolton will host Sheffield United, Norwich or Bristol Rovers will host Nottingham Forest or Blackpool and Crystal Palace or Everton will face Hull or Birmingham.
The fourth round draw is set to commence during TV coverage of the clash between Wigan and Man Utd – which starts tonight at 7:30pm GMT with kick-off at 8:15pm GMT.
